We were delighted to work with Shiv’s Barbershop to create a distinguished and classic shop front sign befitting a traditional gentlemen’s barber. Located on a busy high street, the primary aim was to establish a strong, professional presence that would attract passers-by and clearly communicate the quality of their services.
The Brief & Our Solution
The brief called for a traditional signage feel with a modern, high-quality execution. Key elements included classic typography, prominent 3D lettering, and the iconic barber pole symbols to instantly identify the business type.
Our solution involved:
- Classic Design with 3D Impact: We designed the sign featuring elegant, serif-style 3D lettering for “BARBERSHOP,” mounted onto a sleek black fascia panel. This creates a striking contrast and a premium, dimensional effect. The client’s name “Shiv’s” was subtly placed above, and traditional barber pole icons flanked the main text.
- Premium Materials: The raised letters were crafted from durable, weather-resistant materials (e.g., acrylic or aluminium composite) with a sophisticated metallic finish, ensuring longevity and a high-end appearance. The black background panel provided a clean, modern base.
- Expert Installation: Our team carried out a precise installation, ensuring the fascia sign was perfectly level and securely fitted, enhancing the overall shop front design and maximising high street visibility.
The Outcome
The finished sign for Shiv’s Barbershop is a superb example of classic barbershop signage executed with modern precision. The prominent 3D lettering and traditional elements create an inviting and unmistakably professional look that stands out effectively on the high street.
