We were commissioned to design and deliver the full event production for the SEA-ME-WE 5 Submarine Cable System Launch — a prestigious international telecommunication ceremony attended by senior executives, government officials, and global partners.

Stage Design & Fabrication
We designed a sleek, custom-built stage featuring the signature SEA-ME-WE 5 branding. The front installation was crafted from brushed stainless steel with precision detailing, symbolising innovation and connectivity.
Lighting & Special Effects
Dynamic stage lighting, pyrotechnic effects, and ambient ceiling illumination were choreographed to enhance key moments of the ceremony — particularly during the official launch sequence.
Technical Production
Our team managed the full technical infrastructure, including rigging, lighting control, video projection, and sound engineering, ensuring flawless synchronisation throughout the event.
Event Coordination
Working closely with the client’s international event partners, we provided end-to-end coordination — from concept planning and logistics to on-site execution and safety supervision.
