We were commissioned to create a visually impactful entrance feature for a corporate recognition event. The concept required a branded archway that would serve both as a photo backdrop and a symbolic gateway into the celebration space.
Our goal was to deliver a lightbox-style structure that combines elegance, brand messaging, and ambient lighting—suitable for high-profile internal events and award ceremonies.
Our solution involved:
- Backlit Archway Construction: The arch was built with internal LED illumination, casting a soft pink and white glow across the structure to enhance visibility and atmosphere.
- Laurel Motif Graphics: Stylised white laurel leaves were applied to both sides of the arch, symbolising achievement and recognition. These elements were precision-cut and backlit for added depth.
- Branded Header Panel: A black top panel featured the event title and certification level in bold white text, ensuring clear visibility and photographic impact.
- Red Carpet Integration: A red carpet was laid beneath the archway, guiding attendees into the venue and reinforcing the celebratory tone.
- Ambient Placement & Framing: The arch was positioned within a glass-walled lobby, allowing natural reflections and architectural contrast to enhance the overall presentation.

The final installation delivered a high-impact entrance feature that elevated the event’s visual identity and provided a branded focal point for guests and photography. The illuminated archway successfully merged symbolic design with practical event flow.
