We were commissioned to produce a visually impactful signage system for a retail unit located inside a commercial mall. The client requested a modular design that would reflect the brand’s identity and ensure visibility across the indoor space.
Our goal was to deliver a signage solution that would combine bold colour contrast, illuminated elements, and architectural integration—supporting both brand recognition and customer navigation.
Our solution involved:
Modular Typography Design: We created a segmented “TOBACCO” sign using individual black squares with white lettering, giving the storefront a structured and recognisable look.
Hexagonal Branding Element: A bright yellow hexagon reading “STOP SHOP” was added to the layout, paired with the word “MARKET” in matching style. This geometric approach helped differentiate the brand and guide visual flow.
Illuminated Signage System: All signage components were backlit using energy-efficient LED modules, ensuring consistent brightness and visibility throughout the day and evening hours.
Installation Coordination: We worked alongside the mall’s fit-out team during renovation, ensuring proper alignment, electrical integration, and safe mounting within the indoor retail zone.

The final installation delivered a bold, structured storefront that enhanced Tobacco Market Stop Shop’s visibility and brand presence. The illuminated signage and geometric layout created a professional, high-impact retail identity within the shopping centre.
